The European Weather Diary
The Spring Weather Diary turns our students into junior meteorologists on a cross-border scientific mission. By tracking weekly temperatures and sky conditions in their own schoolyards, students use digital tools to compare data and observe how spring travels from the sunny South to the cooler North. This hands-on activity allows them to step outside the classroom, develop real-world data skills, and discover how we all connect under the same European sky.
The Mascot Challenge
The Mascot Challenge brings our international teams together to co-create a unique "Spring Creature" that represents our shared European biodiversity. In a creative relay, students from different schools collaborate on a single drawing until a brand-new character is born. Once the artwork is finished, students negotiate a name and personality for their creature before casting their final votes to choose the official representative for our project.
The logo
The logo task invites students to become professional designers as they co-create the visual identity of our project. Working in international teams on a shared digital canvas, students must negotiate and agree on the symbols, colors, and concepts that best represent our joint mission of friendship and nature. This collaborative process culminates in a grand gallery where students vote for the winning design, ensuring that our official logo is a true reflection of their collective creativity and European spirit.
The Spring Dictionary
The Spring Dictionary is a multilingual adventure where students build a digital bridge between their diverse cultures and languages. For every seasonal term or festival, one school provides a definition and a photo, while students from all other partner countries contribute the word in their mother tongue, complete with audio clips for pronunciation and hand-drawn illustrations. By co-creating this "Words in Bloom" glossary, our learners don't just expand their vocabulary; they celebrate the unique sounds and traditions that make our European neighborhood so rich and vibrant.

The European Bloom Mural is our collective masterpiece, where students transform a shared digital canvas into a massive, interconnected spring landscape. Each school is responsible for decorating their own "plot of land. As the sections are combined, students can visually trace the blooming trail of spring as it travels from the sunny South to the North of Europe, creating a powerful symbol of our unity and shared environment.
Spring Wishes Calendar
The Interactive Spring Wishes Calendar is our digital countdown to the peak of the season, where students from every partner school collaborate to create a month-long journey of surprises. Students design "hidden doors" for each day of May, hiding heartfelt wishes for the planet, traditional spring proverbs in their native languages, or inspiring nature quotes behind every date. By preparing the graphics, text, and audio for their assigned days, students take ownership of this shared artistic project, building a beautiful daily ritual that celebrates our European diversity and our common love for the environment.
The Virtual Spring Gallery
The Virtual Spring Gallery is the grand finale of our creative journey, where students curate an immersive digital exhibition of their nature photos, sketches, and seasonal artwork. Students take on the role of museum curators, organizing their best "spring captures" to tell the story of the season's arrival. This interactive space allows students to walk through a shared European forest of art, celebrating their hard work and the diverse beauty of the landscapes we all call home.
